Camera website

Open the camera website without an email or password. Click Start camera and allow camera access in your browser. View live video, adjust sensitivity and download snapshots. No installation is needed. Email sending is not connected.

About 67 MB. Open the downloaded file and click Start camera. Images stay on your computer. Email settings stay in memory until you close the app. Email sending requires a Gmail app password.

Improved preview

A separate preview adds background camera processing, filtering of uniform brightness changes and event counting during continuous motion. Manual snapshots and motion events are saved locally as JPEG images. The Windows application saves to %LOCALAPPDATA%\MotionStudio\captures. Email alerts remain disconnected. The original application remains available above.

Using the project

Download the Windows application and click Start camera. Adjust sensitivity or take a snapshot. Optional email alerts require your own Gmail app password.
